onlining 3 tcu's is possible but only the one the reaches the full countdown first will go online. the other 2 go to anchored. as for biulding an outpost i thought u needed sov index 3 before u could anchor one.

can the graphics card handle 2 clients properly? try turning down the details levels to see if it helps. run both clients in windowed mode too
